Amish - Beef Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 pound beef cubes or ground beef
1 chopped onion
1, 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup, undiluted
1 pound egg noodles, cooked al dente to package directions
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup, undiluted
paprika for sprinkling top
Recipe
Saute beef in the oil.
Add the onion and continue cooking until beef is almost done.
Add a little water or apple juice if needed so it does not get too
dry while cooking.Add the tomato soup and stir.
Mix the noodles and celery soup together.
Grease a casserole dish.
Place 1/2 of the beef mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Spread 1/2 of the noodle mixture on top.
Pour on the remaining beef mixture and spread out.
Pour on the remaining noodle mixture and spread out.
Sprinkle paprika lightly over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 - 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
