    Finnish - Vanilla Cake

    5 eggs
    1 cup granulated white sugar
    2 Tablespoons cornstarch
    1 cup all purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
    Grease and line 2, 9 inch round pans with wax paper.
    Beat eggs and add sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pans and bake for 20 minutes.
    Remove from pans. Cool and dust with confectioners
    sugar or drizzle with thin lines.
