    This recipe says to pinch off enough dough to make 15 patties....I am not sure what kind of a dough this is, maybe a pierogi? type pastry. Anyone know, please let me know so I may put it in here. Thanks.

    Indian Meat Pies

    1/4 teaspoon marjorie
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste
    2 pounds ground beef, (pork, chicken, or turkey
    ...can also be used)
    1/4 teaspoon rosemary
    medium onion chopped

    Brown meat, pour off grease. Add pepper, onion, spices and saute 5 minutes Pinch off enough dough to make 15 patties, 6 inches in diameter. Fill each dough patty with 2 tablespoons of mixture, fold over, seal edge with tines of fork dipped in flour. Fry, turning once to a light brown. Drain on paper towels.
    Yield: 1 servings
