Italian - Gilbertini
1 pkg Italiano noodles
1 lb. breakfast saugage
1 can Campbells Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbells Fiesta cheese(nacho cheese)soup
1 small container sour cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon butter
parsley flakes
1, 8 ounce package Monterey Jack cheese
Boil noodles till almost done.
While noodles are cooking put sausage, Italian
seasoning, garlic
salt in frying pan,cook till done.Drain grease from pan.
In a baking dish(13x9x2)add cheeses, butter, sour cream,
and mix well.
Drain noodles and add to cheese mixture.
Then add sausage. Mix very well.
Sprinkle with grated Jack cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, then put under broiler until
lightly brown...be sure not to leave it unattended),
...about 2 to 3 minutes is good.
Serve with a salad and garlic bread...
