Native American - Fry Bread

List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm water, approximately
hot oil
butter or desired topping
Recipe
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl and mix.
Add a little water at a time, enough to make a sticky dough.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Cut dough in 1/2.
Pllace on a well floured surface.
Make into desired shape, coating dough with the flour.
Each should be about the size of a small saucer.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Flip over and fry the other side.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with topping of choice.
