Pennsylvania Dutch Dessert
for the filling:
2, 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon almond or vanilla flavoring
for the topping:
1, 8 ounce container sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease a 9 inch glass pie pan.
for the filling:
Place the ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix
together.
Pour into the pie pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
for the topping:
Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Spread on top of the filling ingredients.
Bake at 340 for 10 minutes.
Let cool, then refrigerate.
Serve topped with fresh sliced strawberries or raspberries.
