    Pennsylvania Dutch - Rhubarb Cream Pie

    Recipe Introduction

    This has long been a favorite in our familyand the recipe has been handed down from generation to generation.

    List of Ingredients

    Rhubarb Cream Pie

    1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
    3 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 tablespoon butter
    3 1/2 cups cut/sliced rhubarb
    2 beaten eggs
    1, 9 inch uncooked pie crust

    Place rhubarb in crust.
    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter together.
    Add the eggs and beat smooth. Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then at 350 for 30 minutes.
