    Vienna - Pea Soup

    List of Ingredients

    Vienna - Pea Soup

    2, 10 1/2 ounce cans condensed pea soup
    1 soup can water
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon ground thyme

    Mix soup and water together in a large saucepan.
    Stir until smooth.
    Then stir in sour cream, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Heat to hot, but do not boil.
    Makes 4 - 6 servings.

    Note:
    May garnish with an extra spoonful of sour cream.
