1, 10 1/2 ounce can condensed pea soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon thyme
Mix soup and water, a little at a time. Stir until smooth.
Add sour cream and thyme. Heat but do not boil.
Garnish with an extra spoonful of sour cream.
Serves 2-3.
