    Egg Salad #1

    Egg Salad #1, yummy

    6 chopped hard cooked eggs
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoons chopped sweet chopped red pepper
    2 Tablespoons chopped celery
    2 Tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
    1 teaspoon Dijon type mustard
    salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients in 2 quart bowl. Mix well.
    Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings.
