    Overnight Sausage Breakfast Souffle

    1 pound your favorite pork sausage,
    ...(think this should be bulk type)
    1 teaspoon salt
    9 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
    3 cups milk
    1 1/2 cups grated cheese of your choice
    4 slices of bread, cut into cubes
    1 chopped onion

    Brown and drain sausage.
    Mix in eggs, salt, milk and mustard.
    Add cheese, sausage and bread cubes.
    Pour into a greased 9x13x2 baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Serves 12 - 15.
