Pigs in an Apple/Cinnamon Muffin Blanket
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 (7 oz.) package Martha White® Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix
OR 1 (7 oz.) package Martha White® Whole Grain Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix
8 cooked pork sausage links
Hungry Jack® Microwave Ready Regular Syrup
1. HEAT griddle or skillet to medium heat (350ºF).
Spray lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine eggs, milk and muffin mix in medium bowl;
stir just until large lumps disappear (batter will be thin).
2. POUR about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto
hot griddle. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until pancakes begin
to look dry around the edges.
Turn, cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
3. ROLL one pancake around each sausage link.
Top with syrup or put syrup in a small bowl for dipping.
Yield: 8 pancakes
