List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe
Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet over a medium/high heat, until meat is no longer pink.
Drain off the excess fat and set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over a medium heat.
Slowly whisk in the flour, stirring constantly, to form a brown roux.
Whisk the broth and milk in.
Add the ground beef and stir.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over toast.
Makes 4 servings.
