    Stuffed Breakfast Apples

    Serve with eggs.

    List of Ingredients

    apples, (Rome type apples are good here)
    Loose sausage

    Recipe

    Peel and core apples and place in a baking dish.
    Force sausage meat into core holes, and place a small mound firmly on the top of each apple.
    Bake for about 1 hour at 375, or until sausage and apples are done.
