Swedish Pancake, baked
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
Whip together flour, milk and salt with a fork. Add eggs, one at a
time. Whip with a fork.
Melt butter in a 10-inch iron skillet. Pour batter into the skillet
and bake in at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.Recipe
