1/2 lb. partially fried and cut up bacon
2 c. flour
2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425. Grease a 9x13x2" baking dish.
Sprinkle the bacon on bottom of the baking dish.
Combine the other ingredients and pour over top of the bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with syrup.
