1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, crumbled
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon real bacon bits (or 3 slices bacon, diced)
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
dash of pepper
1, 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1, 8 ounce container sour cream
Heat skillet to 350 degrees.
Cook the ground beef, onion and bacon, together, stirring
frequently until the beef is browned. Spoon off excess fat.
Stir flour, salt, paprika and pepper into the meat mixture.
Mix in the mushroom soup.
Reduce heat to 220 degrees and cook uncovered for 15 minutes,
stirring often to let flavors blend.
Stir in sour cream and continue heating just until the mixture
is heated through.
Serve over hot noodles or hot cooked rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
