Herbed Chicken Fettuccine
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teas[ppm poultry seasoning
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast,
...cut in 1 inch strips
2 Tablespoons oil
4 Tablespoons butter. divided
2/3 cup water
2 Tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 Tablespoon onion soup mix
1 envelope Liptons savory herb and garlic soup mix divided
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked
2 Tabelspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon worcesterchire sauce
Combine the seasoning salt and poultry seasoning; sprinkle over the chicken.
In an electric fry pan/skillet set at 350 degrees F., saute the chicken in oil
and 2 Tbsps of the butter for 5 minutes.
Add the water, teriyaki sauce, onion soup mix and 2 Tbsps of the herb and garlic mix.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 225 degrees F; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the fettuccine; drain and add to the chicken mixture.
Add the cheese, worcestershire, remaining butter, and remaining herb garlic mix.
Toss to coat.
