Meatballs w/stuffing + sauce
1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
1 package stuffing mix of choice
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
Mix the beef and milk together.
Pat onto waxed paper into 4 thin patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
Make stuffing as directed on package.
Make a ball of about 1/4 cup of the stuffing.
Place in the middle of a patty, and roll the meat around to cover
/enclose the stuffing.
Repeat with other patties.
Place in a 2 quart baking dish.
Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire, soup and milk together.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
