Potato Soup
6-8 peeled potatoes (cut into bite-sized chunks)
1 onion (peeled and diced)
1 stalk celery (diced...I use celery salt as I do
...not like celery)
2 or 3 Tablespoons butter
Place all ingredients in pan and cover with water.
Boil until potatoes are "fork tender" (you can easily stick a fork in them).
DO NOT DRAIN WATER!!
Add 1 or 2 cans of evaporated milk.
Heat a little to make sure is hot enough.
Serve.
