Baked Fish
8 fish fillets, your choice
1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise (up to 4 c.)
lemon pepper seasoning
dried parsley flakes
water
Coat fish with flour and shake off excess.
Spread salad dressing on top of fillets.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.
Lay in baking dish without overlapping fish.
Add 1/8" water to dish to keep fish moist.
Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes, or until fillets
flake when touched with a fork.
Makes 8 servings.
