4 6oz. fish fillets
blackened fish seasoning
1 tbsp. butter
crusty buns
coleslaw
Recipe
Sprinkle the fish with the seasoning. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a non stick skillet over a medium heat.
Add the seasoned fish and saute for 5 minutes.
Turn fillets over and cook another 4 minutes or until they begin to flake.
Toast the buns.
Place fish on the bun and top with a little coleslaw.
