    2 cups soft bread crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 teaspoon grated onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 tablespoons melted butter
    2 tablespoons water
    3 to 4 pounds cleaned whole haddock
    toothpicks

    Recipe



    Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
    Combine lightly, the bread crumbs, celery, onion, salt, lemon
    juice, butter and water.
    Place stuffing in fish and lay on baking sheets.
    Skewer with toothpicks to hold together.
    Bake at 350 degrees until the fish is flaky, or for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
