    Here's a very easy recipe for crab cakes. Whether you
    prefer to use fresh or canned crab meat or the crab meat
    substitute, the recipe produces golden cakes that melt
    in your mouth.

    Crab Cakes #4, simple, melt in your mouth

    1 cup bread crumbs
    2 cups crab meat
    4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tablespoons parsley (fresh if handy)
    1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
    3 Tablespoons mayonnaise

    Mix all ingredients together.
    Fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.
