Cracker Barrel's - Hash Brown Casserole

1 10 3/4oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion, (or just get the
...hashbrowns with onions in it)
2 c. grated Colby cheese
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with
cooking sp ray. Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onions and
cheese. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into dish. Bake
uncovered for 35 minutes.
