Creamy Seafood Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dried dill
2 10 3/4oz. cans cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 lb. firm white fish fillets, cut into 2" pieces
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Recipe
Use a 3 quart saucepan to cook the onion, garlic and dill in hot oil until the onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the soup and milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring often and cook for 8 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low.
Stir in the shrimp and fish.
Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque and the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, approximately 5 - 8 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with parsley, if desired.
