Dusted Salmon

List of Ingredients
4 skinned salmon fillets, 1" thick and 6oz. each
1 tbsp. Old Bay Seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 lemon slices
cooking spray
Recipe
Combine seafood seasoning and onion powder together in a small bowl.
Rub both sides of the fish with the mixture.
Coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray and add the fish.
Use a medium heat and saute for 6 minutes on each side.
Fish should flake when tested with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve each with a slice of lemon.
