    Fish Fillets in microwave, easy

    1 pound fish fillets
    2 tsps. lemon juice
    1/3 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. dried basil leaves
    salt and pepper to taste

    Arrange fish in 12x8 inch microwave safe baking dish.
    Brush with lemon juice; cover with vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily.
    Drain; set aside.
    In a 2 cup glass measuring cup, combine tomato, green pepper,
    onion, butter, and basil leaves.
    Microwave on high, uncovered, 2 minutes or until vegetables
    are just about tender or to the tenderness you like, stirring
    occasionally.
    Spoon vegetables evenly over fish fillets.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
