Fish From Up North
Any fish fillets
Tin
Foil
Lawery's seasoning salt
Garlic salt
Butter
Get any kind of fish fillets, probably about 2 or 3
14 inch fillets, or chuncks.
Place on foil.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt, garlic salt and 3
Tablespoons of butter.
Wrap the foil closed.
Let cook on a grill for about 20 to 30 minues.
Try the first time and then you can adjust salts or
butter to your liking.
