Salmon Steaks, grilled
6 salmon steaks
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. onion, grated with the juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Put the steaks in a shallow pan.
Combine the ingredients and pour over the fish steaks.
Refrigerate for at least 4 - 5 hours, turning the fish each hour.
When ready to cook, drain off the marinade and save.
Place the steaks on a well greased rack at a medium height over your cooking coals.
Cook until lightly browned, about 5 - 6 minutes, then baste with the marinade and turn.
Grill fish until done, opaque and flakey.
