    Salmon Steaks, grilled savory

    4 salmon steaks
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 tsp. minced onion
    chopped parsley

    Recipe

    Salmon Steaks, grilled savory

    4 salmon steaks
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 tsp. minced onion
    chopped parsley

    Tear off sheets of heavy duty foil large enough to hold all the steaks.
    Fold the sides up to form a pan. Grease lightly.
    Sprinkle steaks with the lemon pepper and salt.
    Place the steaks in the foil pan and set aside.
    Combine the salad dressing and onion and set aside.
    Preheat the grill on a medium heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low.
    Brush the steaks on both sides with the salad dressing mixture and place the steaks back in the pan and on the grill.
    Close the lid and grill for 12 minutes; 6 minutes per side, or until the steaks flake. Baste often.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
