List of Ingredients
for the crust:
1 3/4 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. grated tasty cheese
1 c. butter
for the filling:
1 3/4 c. salmon, drained and bones removed
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
4 drops hot sauce
1 tbsp. miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Recipe
for the crust:
Lightly butter a spring form pan.
In a food processor, using on/off, process crust ingredients until like bread crumbs. Set aside 1/2 to 3/4 c., and press remaining crumb mixture into bottom and up sides of pan.
for the filling:
Put ingredients into processor and using on/off mix lightly.
Do not over process, then pour over crumbs.
Crumble remaining crust on top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Good with salad.
