    Shrimp + Crab Alfredo w Linguini

    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon Olive oil
    2 teaspoons crushed garlic
    1, 6 ounce can crab meat, picked over
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1, 12 ounce can evaporated milk
    1, 6 ounce can tiny shrimp, rinsed
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/2 cup grataed Parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    packaged Wondra flour, or regular all purpose flour
    1, 8 ounce package linguini

    Recipe



    Cook linguini, al dente to package directions.
    In a large skillet, add oil, garlic, crab and lemon juice.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except flour and linguini.
    Simmer for at least 15 minutes on a medium heat.
    Thicken to taste with Wondra flour.
    Serve over Linguini.
    Makes 4 servings.
