Vermicelli with Shrimp

Vermicelli w/Shrimp
1 pound Vermicelli, cooked al dente to package
...directions or spaghetti noodles)
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 pound deveined/deshelled shrimp
1/2 cup flour
1 cup dry white wine
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon dried parsley or 3 tbsp. fresh chopped
1 Tablespoon instant onions or 3 tbsp. chopped fresh
1 medium chopped tomato
grated Parmesan cheese
Toss shrimp in flour. Shake off excess flour.
Heat oil and garlic in large skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp to skillet. Cook 1 minute on each
side.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except parmesan
cheese) and cook an additional 2 minutes (or until
sauce starts to thicken a bit).
Place hot pasta in a large bowl and add shrimp mixture.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4.
