salmon - Zesty Steaks, baked

4 to 6 salmon steaks
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
6 to 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
...Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Place salmon steaks in bottom.
Combine dry salad dressing mix, water, and lemon juice
pour over salmon.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Top salmon with sauteed mushrooms.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Continue baking uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
