    Fruit Filled Quesadilla

    10, 10 inch size flour tortillas
    2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine
    1, 12 ounce tub soft, low fat cream cheese
    1, 21 ounce can fruit pie filling, your choice
    powdered confectioners sugar and/or cinnamon sugar

    Lightly brush the side of a tortilla with butter or margarine.
    Spread other side of tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese.
    Spread 1/4 c. fruit filling on one half of the tortilla, and then
    fold the tortilla in half, pressing slightly to seal edges.
    In a large skillet on medium-low heat, cook tortilla until lightly
    browned (about 4 minutes) turn and brown the other side.
    To serve, dust with sugar.
    Each may be served whole or cut into 2 to 4 wedges before serving.
    Serve hot.
