Fruit Kabobs + Cinnamon Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 pints fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
1 honeydew melon, in balls
3 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 c. unflavored yogurt
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine the yogurt with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and set aside.
Alternate the fruits when threading onto the skewers.
Serve with the sauce for dipping.
Makes 24 kabobs.
