Gingered Melon Wedges

Gingered Melon Wedges
1 large cantaloupe..(or any other favorite
...melon)
1 scant Tablespoon powdered confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon candied ginger (optional)
Cut melon in half and seed.
Then cut each half into chunks.
Stir together the sugar and ground ginger.
Add candied ginger if you like.
Sprinkle over melon chunks and chill.
Serves 6.
