Black Cherry Mold
1 (6 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin
1 pt. sour half & half
1 med. lg. can pitted bing cherries
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Strain juice from cherries and add
water to make 1 cup. Add liquid to gelatin. Refrigerate until syrupy. Then
whip. Fold in sour half & half and then the cherries. Pour into mold that
has been sprayed with Pam and chill.
