1 Pkg Lime gelatin
1 Pkg Cherry gelatin
1 Pkg Orange gelatin
2 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. melted butter
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 C. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 C. sugar
1 t. Vanilla
Dissolve each flavor of gelatin in separate pans in
1/2 cup hot water. Let cool down, then chill until firm.
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and
melted butter.
Line dish or pans with 1/2 of cracker mixture. Refrigerate.
Dissolve plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Heat pineapple juice, then stir in plain gelatin until dissolved.
Whip cream. Fold in sugar and vanilla.
After gelatin mixture cools, fold in whipped cream.
Cut refrigerated gelatins into small squares. Fold into
whipped cream and gelatin mixture.
Pour into cracker crumb lined dish. Garnish top with remaining
crumb mixture. Chill overnight.
