Chiffon Mallow Pie

List of Ingredients
1, 6 ounce graham cracker crust
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1, 3 ounce package any flavor gelatin, your choice
1 cup boiling water
2 cups slightly thawed vanilla ice cream, (1 pint)
Recipe
Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the ice cream and stir until it is all melted.
Let chill in the refrigerator until it is slightly thickened.
Fold in the marshmallows.
Pour into the crust and let chill until firm.
For a Chocolate Cherry Pie:
Use cherry gelatin and substitute chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
