    Cranberry Orange Gelatin

    1, 6 ounce package strawberry gelatin
    1 1/2 cups boiling water
    1, 16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
    1 cup cold water
    1 Tablespoon grated orange rind
    2 oranges
    1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir cranberry sauce until smooth and blend with gelatin.
    Add cold water and orange rind.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Add diced orange sections and nuts.
    Mandarin oranges may be substituted for fresh oranges.
