Cream Cheese w/Apples Mold
2, 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 cup half and half
2/3 cup granulated white sugar
2 teaspons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
4 cups apples ( red or golden delicious peeled and chopped)
1 cup seedless grapes halved
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy.
Combine gelatin and half and half in a small sauce pan.
Cook over low heat until gelatin disolves.
Slowly add to cream cheese; beat until combined.
Add sugar, lemon, and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream and remaining ingredients into cream
cheese mixture until well combined.
Pour into an 8 cup mold or large bowl,.
Cover and refrigerate until set or overnight.
Garnish with apples and grapes.
(Flaked coconut and/or chopped pecans are optional)
