Egg Nog Gelatin Mold
1, 3 ounce package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup egg nog
1, 3 ounce package cherry or raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can pear halves, diced, juice reserved
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.
Then combine 3/4 cup of lemon gelatin with 3/4 cup
egg nog in a 6 cup mold. Let chill until set.
Drain juices and add to cold water to make 3/4 cup.
Dissolve cherry gelatin in hot water.
Add pear syrup, cold water and remaining lemon gelatin
to cherry gelatin.
Then add pears and oranges, and pour over egg nog
layer. Let chill until firm.
