Gelatin + Egg Desert
1 box gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup hot water
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
4 egg whites
2 Tablespoons sugar
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and cool.
Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
Add pineapple.
Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool.
Beat egg whites and 2 Tablespoons sugar.
Stir all together and place in a mold.
Refrigerate.
(It will separate into two layers as it sets.)
