    Ginger Ale Cherry Mold

    Ginger Ale Cherry Mold

    2 (16 oz.) cans pitted black bing cherries
    2 pkgs. (4 serving size) cherry gelatin
    1 c. ginger ale

    Drain cherry juice. Put 2 1/2 cups into pan; bring to a boil. Pour over
    gelatin in bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add ginger ale. Chill until slightly
    thickened. Add cherries. Pour into 5 cup mold. Chill until set. Unmold.
    Garnish. Serves 10. Cover gelatin molds with plastic wrap. Chill all gelatin
    molds several hours or overnight.
