Mandarin Orange Dessert #2

2 sm. or 1 lg. box of orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1, 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate,
...(do not add any water to this)
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, undrained
1 med. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1, 6 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add frozen orange juice - do Not add water to juice.
Add fruits with liquids and stir.
Pour into 9x13x2 inch dish.
Chill to set.
Then mix lemon pudding with milk until thickened.
Fold whipping cream into pudding.
Spread over salad.
