Orange Creamsicle Dessert #2
6 ounces orange gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup cold water
1, 15 1/4 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1, 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1, 3 3/4 ounce package instant French vanilla pudding
1 3/4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups orange-pineapple yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
fresh orange slices
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water over low heat.
Remove and add frozen orange juice and cold water.
Stir in fruit and chill mixture until slightly thickened.
Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat 3 minutes, then chill
until set.
Fold pudding into gelatin mixture and refrigerate in a
9x13x2 inch dish until very firm.
Combine yogurt and whipped topping. Spread over top
of gelatin mixture.
Garnish with orange slices.
