Pineapple Banana Gelatin Dessert

1, 6 ounce box Lemon or Orange gelatin
2, 20 ounce cans unsweetened crushed pineapple,
...drained and 1 cup of the juice saved
2 large sliced bananas
1, 16 ounce bag miniature marshmallows

topping:
1 cup pineapple juice from the canned pineapple
1 egg beaten well
2 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 yablespoons butter
1 packet Dream Whip whipped topping

Prepare gelatin according to package directions in a 9x13 pan.
Stir pineapple and bananas into the gelatin. Spread
marshmallows on top of gelatin. Let chill until set.
To make the topping:
In a pan cook pineapple juice, egg, flour, sugar and
butter until thick, stirring constantly. Then chill.
Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package and combine
with the topping mixture. Spread topping on top of
gelatin and marshmallows. Chill until set.
