Pink Cloud Gelatin Salad
1, 6 ounce box strawberry gelatin
1/2, 16 ounce bag miniature marshmallows
1, 15 ounce can pineapple tidbits
2 cups small curd cottage cheese, (1 pint)
1 large container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1, 28 ounce can mixed fruit
1, 15 ounce can crushed pineapple
Stir gelatin into cottage cheese until gelatin is dissolved.
Add topping stir until blended.
Add the marshmallows and blend well.
Drain the cans of fruit and add fruit to mixture. Chill. Recipe
